   first rip it to wav

   then encode the wav using
   http://www.dbpoweramp.com/
   
   or
   
   http://www.rarewares.org/
   
   if all you want to do is listen it on the pc or a portable player that supports vorbis, i suggest go to rarewaves and look at the ogg vorbis section. and look for oggdropAotuvb2
