cd1 and cd2 how to combine them to one

    ok i have another.. with the movie i have there are 2 cds i already converted them both =to dvd .now with nero recode. i tried to put both files to try to combine them but it doesnt allow me...so is there a program that can put both discs into one dvd movie??? thank you
