Just another mp4 conversion software that may help to get the best possible picture and sound quality the phone will play. It is called "SUPER"v2007.build.23 by eRIGHTSOFT. Once you have downloaded software(free)Use these settings as follows: Video output container:mp4(not ipod or iphone). Output video codec:mpeg4.Output audio codec:aac. Then set the video scale size to176:144(not 320:240). Aspect Ratio can be: 1:1 up to 16:9. Frame/sec :29.97 or if you know the F/PS on the original input file You should set it to that as it keeps the audio and video in sync on playback. Bitrate Kbps:720 (seems to be the best setting so far). Audio settings: It should not matter what setting this is but the higher the number the better the sound quality and more memory is used. Sorry, i cant remember what site i downloaded it from bit it works very well and has many other file converters and settings. It was this software that helped me figure this problem out as i downloaded the demo mp4 file that was preloaded onto the phone already to the computer and then i was able to anylise the file to se its settings. Cheers

If the video show slow motion you need to reduce the fps. If you put 10fps the voice look more sincronized with subtitles
