Ok, i have a cell phone with Bluetooth, and a computer with Bluetooth. I have put music on my cell phone before, but it does not show up becuase it is in Winamp format. what format does it have to be in to work on my cell phone? Where can I get a convertor?
winamp is not an audio format, it is a media player. common audio formats are mp3, wma, aac, mp4, ogg, flac and so on. Where did you get the audio from? If you bought them online each store uses different formats. Read the manual for your cell phone...it will tell you what format the audio has to be in. You can then you an app like dBPowerAMP, a free audio converter) to convert the audio files so they are compatible with your phone. The link to dBPowerAMP's website is in my sig below...be sure to install the proper codec you need depending on what type of file you have and what you need to convert it to.
