I downloaded a certain movie from a certain file sharing program and each movie turned out to be 200+ megs in 3 pieces. They also came in Video File Formats instead of mpegs. I was wondering if its possible to put these to a VCD and if so, how? How would I convert a Video File to an Mpeg file? And how in the world would I get this certain movie able to play on my TV at home...any help would be greatly appreciated cause I've been beating myself senseless as of late trying to figure out how in the world to do it.
