Hi, I just installed the chameleon with solderless adapter. Then I boot up my xbox, the boot up screen is the same as before, and I checked the blue LED, nothing, I tried 3 different chameleon chip, still nothing... please help! thanks in advance!
If you boot for the first time and don't see the Linux Cromwell screen then you don't have power to the Chip, it could be the D0 point not installed properly or you have a version 1.5 xbox and you need to bring power to the LPC... check out this site to know how to fix the LPC power problem on version 1.5 xbox http://www.eurasia.nu/images/submitted/xbox_v1_5_lpc_fix.jpg and also check http://www.xbox-scene.com/versions.php to know what xbox version you have! thanks Mike! I found out that my problem is actually the adaptor! I changed an adaptor, and it worked!
