Chameleon unable to upgrade bios

    Hi,

    I just bought a Chameleon solderless chip and adapter. Installed it, but when I boot it up (using default jumper setttings) I didn't see anything on the screen. I am using the xbox AV cable.

    Anyhow, the dvd drive still opened, so I put in a CD-RW with X2-4780 bios. After a little while a blue screen showed up with some information about xExcuter and my dvd rom type. Then it asked me to insert a cd and indicated that it is in Flash Mode. I put in a cd, however, it showed me a message saying: BiosUpdate: Linuxbio.bin, unknown flash! halting. Not too sure why, I tried using Cromwell 2.27 as well, same error.

    Can anyone tell me what i need to do to correct this?

    Try with the Evox M7 bios

    Hi,

    Tried to flash with Evox M7, but still generated the unknown flash error.
