Changing bin format?

    I have a bin movie file that I want to put on dvd, but the format is mode2/form1/2352. I want to know how or with what I need to change the format to mode1/2048, which I guess is a dvd format? I tried burning with dvd decrypter, but it didn't work.

    Extract the Video_TS and Audio_TS folders from the bin, screw messing with bin and trying to convert it.
