Changing language settings on ripped DVD

Because it's much easier for my chilren if they don't have to look at all the uninteresting stuff or select from menu's on their DVDs, I copy these on a DVD+R (mainly using CloneDVD2 with Any DVD on the background, dropping all menu's, languages and subtitles they don't need).
Their DVD player audio is set to "Dutch", but since we are Flemish (which kinda stands to Dutch like "American" English to "UK" English), and the players we have do not recognize "Flemish", I have to switch languages manually (in CloneDVD often marked as "other" or "foreign").

Now, what I would like to know is: how can I change this setting from "other" to "Dutch" on the copy, so that the DVD player automatically plays the desired language version?

I tried VobBlanker, but this works on menu's only, and seems a little too complex for the occasional user....

    Thanks for helping me out...

You can't change the copy. You must re-rip the original and make your selections then.

I have used PgcEdit to change the default, example is Master & Commander, changed from the default English to French.
The languages are assigned numbers from 0 onward.
    (Zero is the default?)
French on this DVD was "2", I reset the French track to 0 and changed
the English track from "0" to "2".
The program rewrites the info files (takes seconds) then burned to disk.
Insert the disk and it starts in French.
I haven't figured out how to match the language selection menu when the DVD is playing, if I want English I have to select French.
    There is a guide here.

Thanks, Attar! I did wat you suggested, and it works fine!
I already had PgcEdit, but didn't know how to work with it...
I also used VobBlanker, and after a while, I copied a movie at 95%which first only could be burnt at 78% by CloneDVD!

    Thanks again!
