Changing Start and End Frames

    I was wondering what program could cut off some of the start and end frames, for example cutting out the credits or the intro. I used to have a program that would do this beautifully but I forget what it was (its been awhile).

    Download DVDshrink (free). It will let you do that in the Re-author mode.
