Changing the silver windows xp taskbar etc. to f***ing RED

I just want to change that f***ing bar at the bottom from silver or blue or olive to f***ing red! Is that so much to ask? I've spent the past 3 hours downloading different editing programs and none of them did just that! I can't stand the classic style or I wouldn't have posted! PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!! also I edited a firefox theme offline in the .jar file, but how can i make it work? its not in the themes list on the browser even though its in the directory. My head hurts so bad right now.... its not even funny...

 

Try a red felt pen (permanent marker)...

yeah... well if you felt like i do right now you probably wouldn't have a monitor anymore... it just seems so simple! And this is the third site ive been to. The first one I was ignored for 3 hours then someone said "I like cheese", the second one they told me to search for the windows xp style directory, but didnt tell me where that might be, so i searched for such a thing for an hour, but did not find it, and now i have an aditude so everyone's refusing to humor me. thanks. I've been on this site for like a year and so far everyone has put up with me.

i didnt say i didnt like the help. because i haven't gotten a serious answer besides half of one from ireland, but i offended him so he'll never talk to me again. swearing is my way of emphisizing my frustration, and i thought it was everyone elses too, but i guess not. just try to put yourself in my shoes. nice sig, btw. anyways, back on topic, at least i cencored myself. comon. Im going to throw up.

Anyways I'll pretend someone is still interested in helping me. i downloaded talisman or something, and it came close to fixing my problem, but it runs way to slow, and it would take hours to change the entire theme to red, and i just want the simple stuff, nothing complex.
