i'm not sure if this is the right place in the forum to ask, but what is the best dvd tool that will take my mpeg-2 files and allow me to create chapter breaks before burning onto a DL disc? thanks...nero has been giving me burning problems, and i want to try something new that handles mpegs.
TMPGenc DVD Author will do it automatically or manually and let you view the video. I believe it has a fully functional trial. http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/advancedtmpgencdvdauthorguide.cfm ConvertXtoDVD (which is a conversion program) allows you to set the time interval. http://www.vso-software.fr/products/convert_x_to_dvd/ I think ConvertX leaves a watermark in the trial period, so burning a DL may be an expensive proposition.
