I am using the latest Version of Nero 8 with Nero Vision 5. Using the "Make Movie" function in Nero Vision 5, there is a problem involving chapter marks. when I play the DVD back on stand alone units, there is a slight flutter in the picture at each chapter mark. I have tried manually creating chapters, and letting Nero automatically detect them with the same result. I used to have a more extreme version of this problem until I upgraded to Nero 8. Since then, the problem had gone away until now. Does anyone have any suggestions.
Try converting with DVD Flick and add chapter points (Edit Title > Chapters). See if it makes a difference.
