Chrome Plating a Laptop

    Hey everyone, I'm just here to ask if it's possible (and safe heating-wise) to chrome or nickel plate a laptop. I tried to research it but I didn't find anything, so I thought that you guys might be able to help.

    I think Chrome is so ugly, unless it's on some parts of a rifle.

    First, wouldn't the sunlight reflect off of it like a mirror.

    Second, I would think it would heat up immensely from general use.

    It wouldn't do wonders for cooling, that's for certain.

    Also forgot, I bet it would be a pain to keep clean. Would probably need to keep some gallons of brasso to keep it clean and shiny.
