    Hi.

Make sure your Clone DVD is up to date. 2.9.0.3 is the latest I think for Clone DVD. AnyDVD is 6.1.0.0.

Use DVD Identifer to identify the actual manufacturer code of the media you're using. It's listed beside Manufacturer ID:.

Also post back the burner model and firmware version listed under the Drive Selection and Drive Capabilities menu.

Right click Norton icon on toolbar-disable until restart computer.
Send movie to HD w/ DVDDecrypter w/ ANY DVD running.
    Burn w/ clone 2 w/ DL disk.
    Good luck

If you disable Norton, make sure you disconnect from the internet!

I want to thank everybody for their help with the clone dvd errow I was having.write dvd 10 11 w 2. A friend of mine told me the reason I was getting this errow was because I was trying to write to the wrong kinda of media.Sure enought I had ripped a movie and was tring to write to a minus disc when I should have had a + one in .Norton cause quite a bit of problems also.I just turned off Norton temp until I finished. Thanks everyone for your help.At least now my kids will leave me alone since I got their movies backed up
