I just updated to the most recent version of clonedvd 2.9.0.9. now I get to the last window where it asks for the output method and it doesn't show my dvd writer. This is weird, it was just working now this. My OS is still detecting the drive. I updated my driver but that came as no help either. Any thoughts?
couple things you can try try re-installing your burner(by going to the device manager and select uninstall, then reboot your PC. or re-install the older version of cloneDVD, the one that showed your burner. or email slysoft and see what they say. BTW when posting an Image you copy the address(URL) from the adress bar and paste it in the reply box then hilight the adress and hit the Image button above the reply box example, like this withou the (*) [img*]http://profile.imageshack.us/user/jmay9/images/detail/#74/untitledgz2.png[/img]
