This is the first time i've ever gotten this error. this is what it says: unexpected error Please be sure that all input files are available and that they represent a properly mastered DVD. If the error persists, please send an error description to bugs@elby.ch [IFOProperties 6] I'm only getting this error with this disc. I have an external Plextor PX 504UF DVD burner if it makes a difference, and running windows XP
What disc are you getting this error with. If only this disc I would surmise that the issue is with the disc. Let us know.
it's nearly a brand new disc. it has widescreen on one side and fullscreen on the other, and it does it for both sides. i'm backing up Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles the movie, if that helps..
uhm... i'm not sure if we can exchange it. it's actually a friends disc, so i don't know. i know it works in the dvd player though.
@sxykevvie If it is a damaged disc yes do try DVD Decrypter, but sometimes that program can b too sensetive and if it has scratches it will frezee up. Soo i recommend trying DVDFab Decrypter, I remember i had a bad disc of [bold]BABY BOY[/bold] and i used DVDFab and it did the trick also make sure u wipe and clean the disc soo there are no scratches and smudges. Heres the link to the program DVDFab Decrypter http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/dvd_rippers/dvdfab_decrypter.cfm Good Luck... I forgot to mention are u running either DVD43 or AnyDVD in the background while your trying to decrypt or not?? Run one of them and it should help out... DVD43 http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/dvd_rippers/dvd43.cfm AnyDVD http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/dvd_rippers/anydvd.cfm Keep us posted...

yes CloneDVD 2 is picky with older or scratched dvds will not read them dvd decrypter or Intervideo DVDCopy 3 works well with older or scrathed dvds
Get a Skip Doctor or find someone that has one then run it on it it will look kinda funky on the bottom but it will play just like new unless the Scratch is very deep or on the top
it wasn't scratched... i've definitely backed up discs more scratched than that... i ended up just getting the dvd from someone else for the backup thanks for all your help though
FOR THOSE OF YOU TRYING TO COPY TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES JUST TRY COPYING IT WITH NERO STARTSMART,COPY DISC TO DISC THATS WHAT I DID AND IT WORKED ITS NOT A LARGE MOVIE SO IT WONT HAVE TO BE SHRUNK.
