For some reason CloneDVD2 has stopped functioning properly. The 'quality slider' no longer appears at the bottom of the cloning process, and once 'GO!' is clicked, the following error message is displayed:

I thought it might be an issue with current DVDs, but the same situation applies to previously successful back-ups as well.

Any information available on how to resolve?

    Hi PunisherX
Do a reinstall of CloneDVD -see if that does the trick.

What's the e drive - a hard drive where the movies are saved that you want to burn or one of your optical drives.

E Drive is my main hard drive, as I installed a back-up to C when I made this rig ages ago.

I will give the re-install a shot tonight, and post my results. Thanks for the recommendation, hope it works!

Ok then it's look like your pulling these from the hard drive to encode and burn (?) so the error CloneDVD is giving you means something is wrong with the file(s).

But do the reinstall 1st & let's see how that goes.

Re-Install worked. This has not happened before, so I wonder what caused it? I don't recall doing anything different prior to the error occurring.

Thanks for the timely response. :)
