CMD Command

    hello everyone, i click Start and then Run, when i type in the "cmd" command, it says that an other program is curently using the program but i dont know which program is it.. can you tell me which programs use this command ?

    Try restarting your computer...that happen once and then i restarted...or i virus scaned or spybot scanned. But yea.

    press ctrl+alt+del to acess task manager and check for CMD.exe and close it that should help.......i guess
