Hey everyone, I've burnt a lot of games in the past, however i haven't downloaded or burnt movies before so I'm still new with it all. I followed a guide i found on the net, and i unzipped all the .rar files etc but when i unzipped them they've formed into two .VOB files. DVD shrink will only back up one file..and doesn't recognize the second file and when i try to drag the 2nd in it says 'invalid file name' yada yada. So its only backing up the first 35 minutes of the movie. Also DVD Decrypter wont let me burn two .VOB files. Maybe it needs to be an ISO i havent worked that part out yet, all i know is that it wont take 2 files at once, hence causing me a problem. So pretty much all i really need to know is there a program that will combine the two .VOB files together so i can successfully back them up and burn them to a DVD disc? Any help will be greatly appreciated, Cheers.
DVD Shrink needs a standard DVD folder to load the files. A standard folder (VIDEO_TS) has VOB, IFO and BUP files - it doesn't appear that this was included in your download. VOBMerge can combine VOB files.. Run it and load the files. Adjust the order of the files in the compilation window if required and save. http://files.digital-digest.com/downloads/files/encode/vobm250.zip VSODIVX can create a standard DVD folder from the new VOB file. http://dl.afterdawn.com/vsoDivxToDVD_setup_v0.5.2b.exe Import the file(s) (AVI, WMV,MPEG, VOB) Output (standard DVD file format) to a folder on the HDD. Set 'Aspect' to 4:3 (if you have a regular tv) Set 'Standard' to NTSC (if you live in North America) Burn dvd with 'ImgBurn' http://www.imgburn.com/ Run ImgBurn Click 'Mode' > 'Build' Click 'Output' > 'Device' Click 'File' > 'Browse for Folder', highlight on the 'VIDEO_TS' folder, > 'OK' Set burning speed to 4x and click the green write button.
