I'm having a problem with my combo drive. When i want to burn a CD i have to go into the properties of the Combo drive and make sure that one of the boxes are checked off etc. But now for some reason every time i right click on "CD Drive (D:)" in "My Computer" it gives me an error saying:
"The instruction "0x00000000" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read". Click OK to terminate or CANCEL to debug"

This comes up every time and if i try to debug it wont let me, and ive tried to restart but that hasnt worked either.
    PLEASE HELP!
    Thank You

Download the trial version of Nero - see if it will recognize your burner.

    What brand is it?

Have you tried uninstalling it through Device Manager, rebooting and letting Windows reinstall it?

LG doesn't have a sterling reputation for quality or performance.
