Hello, Why is it that some dvd vhs combo players have tuners and some don't. Isn't the point of the comno player to be able to watch and record with VHS. Since most of us still have straight cable.......... Thanks.....
I think these combo units were originally created, to make it easier for people that wanted to put home movies, from vhs to dvd. I don't think they originally figured they would be used to take the place of a vcr. I would guess that those without tuners, could still record the channel you're watching though?
