I have this episodes of the simpsons. When i watch i hear english and french. The french is louder than the english in the video. How can i remove the french

is the audio in a way where english is on say left speaker and french on right?
if so, i've used Premier Elements 3 to re-encode the video to use a specific audio stream. I'm sure there's other encoders out there but that's the one that i've used with success so far.

Well you hear both english and french together, the french is louder though. I'll try what you said.
