Can you help me with this? On advice I installed Comodo Firewall (Free Licence) The program asks you to get an activation code by sending the unique order number and receiving an email with the new activation code. I have sent two emails with two order numbers. I got a reply each time saying the code was coming. I've since sent an email to their support address. The automatic reply directed me to their site. I can't get support at the site without a password (activation code). CATCH 22 ! If you have this software, what is the secret?
Ive heard good reviews about Comodo. I havent heard anything about bad customer service. Is it possible your email portal is blocking their reply to you? Have you tried posting to their Forum? http://forums.comodo.com/index.php Take care,
