    How do you convert Compact digital audio to mp3 (freeware)

    Well I figured out what a compact digital audio file is ITS A SCRACTHED CD DISC I rubbed it hard with toothpaste ran it through my disc doctor twice and now it ripped to a mp3 file I thought it was some can of block and all it was a scratch and would not rip I'm all better now
