My name is Mark & my email is edited by ddp My problem is with the dvd burner as my model is hl-dt-st dvd-rw gwa-4080n. I have read some stories in your forum that people with simalar problems with this model. It a strange problem it wasn'nt working for a long time & a friend knowledgeable in computers got it going again. For a long time I was never connected to the net, just recently we have got the net on & my Son said clued up in computers Dad you will probably lose your dvd burner. It's been 2 weeks now in having the net on & yes he was right I lost the dvd burner. The reason he explained was windows reconised it being out of date & needs reprograming. This is a rental computer & I was wanting know if have a easy solution of a download to fix it as I know I would have to pay a price on top of my monthly rental in which I feel I pay too much now for. So I would appriecate if you could help me please.
