I know with my M3 DS Simply, many non-brand name cards didn't perform at 100% due to random compatibility issues. I was wondering if this is the case for the DS Real as well.

Since I figure it probably is, I was wondering if anyone knew which MicroSDHC cards were most compatible with the DS Real. I know Kingston and Sandisk 2gb cards made in Japan performed the best for the DS Simply, does anyone know if their 4gb & 8gb equivalents perform as well on the M3 DS Real?

I recently purchased a M3 DS Real, and I'd like to know before ordering a MicroSDHC (probably an 8 gig). I'm not looking purely for an expert response, if anyone has a M3 DS Real with a 4 or 8gb card, I'd love to hear your experience with it, including what type of card you use.

Also if anyone has done run the Castlevania test on any of these cards, I'd like to hear about it too. For those who don't know what this is, the Castlevania test simply involves playing the opening scene of a new game for Castlevania Dawn of Sorrows, lag = bad, no lag = good.

    Thanks in Advance,
    Howie

if your buying sdhc then a-data or kingston will be fine try to get a high class memory , class 4 or 6 , class being the speed of the memory .

the m3ds real likes quick memory cards .

sandisk has the best compatibility i use a 4gb sandisk(i paid 50$-_- the next day almost every where had them for 30-40$) and its great. i havent castlevania tested it. i have 25 games, about a hundred songs and a few short 2-30min video clips and still have tons of room. if your concerned about speed you can try the english translated sakura m3real firmware speedwise its 50% faster.( i'd stick with the original more homebrew support + working cheat section http://www.gbatemp.net for m3real firmwares
