How do I compress a file that I downloaded? Most files I download are avi files. I know that I can use dvd shrink to shrink dvds but I can't use it for files that are already on my computer. Any help would be appreciated.
An AVI is compressed inasmuch as the original video was processed into the AVI container. Do you mean you want to take a group of AVI files and get them onto a DVD?
