Computer can't find HDD

I putted a IDE HDD into my modded xbox, played games, listened to music... Until i managed to crash the boot file, evoxdash.xbe while trying to change dashboard to XBMC.
Anyways,
I plugged the HDD ( Which used to be in a computer ) into my own computer, to change the files.
When i open My Computer, I can't find the HDD. But i can find the HDD if i go to MY Computer - Properties - Software, and open the list of all Units on my computer.
I realy need to access the HDD.
Can sombody help me?

I use another language on my windows, so i don't know if My Computer and those stuff is correct, but i hope you understand

 

sounds like you need to unlock it, for use with a pc. I dont remember exactly how to do it, but im sure google will help you a little more than I can.

 

You might have to change the jumper cable to set the drive as master, slave, or cable select.

I had to farmate the HDD, many ours gameplay wasted but i got at least contact with my computer
