So i originally planned to get the antec sonata iii with 500W psu, but i was told by my friend that it is not the way to go and i will run into heating issues with it if i overclock. So im looking for suggestions that will give me a nice computer case (i was suggested to go mid tower and avoid mini), with a 500W psu, and has 120mm holes for fans.

specs of what would be in the computer
    Gigabyte GA-EP45 DS3R
    Intel Q6600
    9600 GT (any brand)
    seagate 500GB harddrive 7200.11
    a cheap dvd optical drive
2 120mm fans front and rear (or jsut front if case includes rear)
    stock cpu cooler
    OCZ 4gb PC2-6500 ram

my overclocking plan: 3.0 ghz at highest, aiming for low 2.8ghz

so with that said, i just need a nice cheaply case and PSU, preferably under 130$ together

*NOTE* must be canadian price and sells to canada(ie. no newegg)

I would recommend going with a quality power supply.. i have blown up two cheap power supplies and now ive learned not to use them again.

If your looking for a good computer store in canada go to Canada Computers.... their prices are great and they provide satisfactory service.

As for a case thermaltake makes some really nice ones.... and for a PSU... PC power and cooling, Corsair, and termaltake are good manufactures all sold by Canada Computers.

    Case: ($53.99)

    PSU: ($75.99)

    Total: $129.98 + tax

An aftermarket cooler is not a bad idea for the Q6600 I have a zalman 9500 (got for $26 off ebay) and it has worked perfect ever since

well i am leaning towards 4850, but ill prob wait for a rebate to pop up at time of purchase (which is in like 2 weeks) then ill get the 4850... and i went with the corsair 550W psu, i decided that the thermaltake wing rs 100 will suffice for me (101 basically same thing but different looks)
