I'm here for the holidays with my uncle and his computer was running real slow, so I did the usual Antivirus clean, registry clean, spyware ..... I clean his C: drive and did a defrag to get everything back to normal. I defragmented him twice but they are sayin some files can't be defraged. I don't think thats good at all. I supped him up 2GB ram and 200GB hard drive, his C: drive is a mess according to Windows XP. If some one knows how to defrag those frag files holla at me.
    Windows XP home

some files just can not be defrag-ed,like video-ts files, move the files to a external hd..or a secondary hd.then defrag..c drive..
