computer problems?

    I'm having a boot up problem with my computer..when i press the power switch it doesn.t beep or anything and nothing happens except the fan is working...what can it be? could it be the HD or motherboard?

    remove all cards except for videocard & 1 stick of ram, reseat those. disconnect all data & power cables to drives. check the can shaped objects that are capacitors are flat topped not domed. try another psu.

    yeh take out your ram then put them back in what at a tiem you may find its one of those. also do what DDP says
