Hello, I had the VA Active X spyware on my computer, put Norton on my computer and it seemed to have wiped out all the crud on my computer. However, now my computer randomly freezes for at least 30 to 45 seconds, while browsing the internet, using regular applications on desktop and everything in general is running rather slow. Any help is appreciated, thank you. I don't see anything but here are thing you can remove. Did you install any new hardware/software recently? O21 - SSODL: exemplars - {2acf3add-34a1-4f2f-99cf-cc69785d1e90} - (no file) O9 - Extra button: (no name) - SolidConverterPDF - (no file) (HKCU)
That totally took care of the problem.... which begs the question, can I never have norton on my comp? try reinstalling? thanks again for the help
Norton is a resource hog. You may be able to load it but your going to have to turn off some of the things it does if the program lets you.
Also remove these... Having these up at the same time will hog most of your resources and may slow your internet down i suggest using Mcafee and AVG
