Hey guys, not sure if this is the right forum to post this problem into but I am having trouble with my computer. It is running http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Products/Motherboard/Products_Overview.aspx?ProductID=2539 this motherboard and the computer will boot but I see no video on my screen. This problem occurred first when I had problems with the raid and the computer said it had a damaged raid and only way I could fix it was through reinstalling windows. The computer would run okay for about a day or so and then fail again. So then I decided to upgrade the bios and get rid of the raid and this problem occured. I have already checked the computer on a different monitor, cleared the cmos on the board, and checked if the fans are working correctly. What could be the problem?
nop not at all. i really think that the motherboard is completely useless now. O well i guess it was time for an upgrade anyways and take a look at those core i7's . just wanderign do u think this is a good price for this bundle http://ncix.com/products/index.php?...5A-UD4P&manufacture=Bundle Deals&promoid=1141
Before you toss it away, I would try installing the video card in the other slot and doing a CMOS reset using the jumper. You never know...it might be a good mainboard with a bad video card.
its the mobo ive had the same prob ive been seeing this prob alot wat brand is ur pc? what year is it from
i built the computer myself and its been running for about 2-3 years. i decided just to build another one but if i can get that mobo working i could just build another computer as a media center. Did you find out how to fix the issue?
