my sisters computer wont start up.when i knock it on it looks as if its gonna start then knocks itself off and trys to start again.i have tried it in safe mode and the others but just does the same thing.it is xp home edition and it wont even start in recovery mode.i think the kids may have got a virus on it.could i start it up with repair off a disc.thx for any help also if i cam start in repair how exactly do i do it.
Try the demo of "paragon justboot corrector", when it boot's it up, check what your drive letters are. Your system drive letter needs to be c: , maybe a virus rearranged the drive letters. http://www.justboot.us/boot_corrector.htm
