They just charged me twice for the wrong item. And I haven't recieved one for like a month. Should I pound out the details with them, or just tell them to keep thier stuff, gimme my money, and eff off?
I ordered a flip top and Swap Magic bundle from them a while back and didn't have any problems. It's unfortunate that you are. Try getting them to fix the problem, but if that doesn't work, just get your money back. If you used a credit card to purchase and they refuse to give you a refund, just call up the credit card company and have them force a refund.
I've order from them at least 10 times. Only one time went bad. My shipment got lost or something and it took me about 3 weeks to get my order. Every other time I received my order within 4-5 business days.
I have ordered from them a few times, but the order I just put in is going to take 11 days just to process... not sure why but usually they are pretty fast.
never ordered from them.. haven't heard much about them. i've heard they're good but price is kinda high compared to other stores like kicktrading?
they f'ed it up again. guy sends me a tracking number in response to my complaints. i call during business hours, nobody picks up a phone. can they yank an order before it reaches me through UPS if i tell them to take it back? 'cause i'm seriously just considering getting a refund forced and cancelling, despite the fact that they shipped it already.
if they take it back after its been "shipped".. they'll probably charge a restocking fee. most of the time these guys will print out a shipping label and send out the tracking number but not send out the package itself til later in the day. its gonna be hard to get a refund back now if its been over 5 hours since they printed it.. because they've probably already shipped it. can't get it back. you can always do a chargeback, though, but i wouldnt recommend it -- check out their return policy before screwing them over like that
a MINI SD M3 instead of an SD M3. the Swap Magic finally arrived, and the CD disc doesn't work, plus the DVD works on-and-off. the latter might just be the manufacturer's fault, though.
