Convering R4 saves to M3 DS Real?

    My R4 card from China (go figure) recently died. I've now purchased a M3 DS Real card. Since this is my wife's DS, she wants me to transfer all her saves from the R4 to the new M3 DS Real.....is this possible? I've googled this to death, but can't find anything....help!
