Convert a shortcut into a exe

    First of all, I have a navcam 6200 which i got the windows CE desktop to run on. I wanted to konw how to convert a shortcut to exe so it would be easier to use (its a long story).

    Shouldn't the exe already be on the computer? The shortcut has to link to something. Just search for the exe it links to.

    The program is in a different folder on the handheld nav-cam.
    If i were to replace a exe with it so that it would run on startup, there would be noway to link the exe with the dll's and stuff it needs to run, ( it is on a SD Card and cant fit onto the onbard system memory.)
