convert from VCD to my walkman

please anyone help me to do how to copy the songs from VCD to my Sony walkman. tks

 

VCD video is in the folder MPEGAV and is usually a file named AVSQ01.DAT.
Load/drag the .dat file into 'VirtualDub'.
Click 'File' => 'Save wav' to save the audio track as a wav.

Run 'DaudioK' to convert the .wav to mp3? (I don't know what format you need).

If the wav needs edited, use 'Audacity'.
