convert MPEG audio to AC3 audio

    Hi, I have a MPEG video that has MPEG audio, and I'd like to make a DVD with it, and I'd like it to have AC3 audio, 5.1 channels if possible. Is there any software or something that could allow me to do that'??? 'cause the DVD authoring software I use doesn't have that option :S .... thanx

    Nero Vision, on the DVD compilation page, at the bottom, click 'More' > 'Video Options' > 'DVD Video' > 'Audio Format' and choose.
    Don't know if it does anything, I don't have anything but a TV set with a pair of speakers.
