Convert ntsc to pal

    Hi everybody I have just downloaded a movie from winmx i have tryed to burn it on cd to use the dvd player but the second part doesnt work (it is in black and white).
    I found out with easy cd creator that the second file is in ntsc format. There is any software to convert it in pal? And if easy creator does it, could you please tell me how??!! I wasnt able to find out. Thanks in advance

    No easy way to do this. I used to use Adobe AfterEffects to do this but it's VERY slow. I now use the Canopus DV format converter software.
