convert subs into srt files

    hi all i just what to know how to convert note or text files into srt files i really new to all of this so you'll have to keep it simple like me many thanks :)

    Create with Notepad, give it a line number, start time, a stop time, and the dialog.
    Save as .srt file with ANSI encoding.
