Convert X M 402U

    I have a Plextor M402 U Convert X. Recently switch computers to Windows Vista.
    After having failed numerous timews to down load software for the Plextor, I called Plextor. They informed me I would have to buy the newer unit because the M402U is uncampatable with Vista.
    This morning I successfully downloaded the software onto the Vista program, not a hitch one.Everything seems to work fine.

    I assume that you're just making a comment so that others will know. If you have a question, then you need to restate it, because I didn't catch it.
