After converting a 700mb dvdrip with winavi i then go to dvd shrink which when it checks the data used to be around 3.5gb on a norm film to put on to disc, but the last few ive done are only around 1.5gb, i have however just got a new pc and had to dl all the programs on to the pc from scratch again, have i missed something or is this wright.
The size of the source file is not relevant, it's about running time when converting to DVD. Running time X video bitrate determines the final size.
