Converting a DVD (or an ISO of it) to avi

    Is there a program i can use to down-size my ISO file (or DVD) to 700mb.

    Im not too picky about quality i just want to backup my DVD into something thats not the entire 4 gigs.

    I have DVDFAB platinum which created the original ISO for me if that helps any.
