I searched the forums and nowhere could I find out how to turn a real PAL dvd into a real NTSC format dvd. I have some foreign DVD's that are in VOB files but PAL encoded. I would love it if someone could suggest a way to convert these DVD's into NTSC dvd's. I had heard that dvd shrink could accomplish this but I posted and was told that it could not. Certainly someone makes software that would make this possible?
Actually it's pretty common question that's been asked quite a few times. I use the 'Import Disc' option in NeroVision Epress 3 with decent results (the AR does appear slightly off though).
