Hi All, I have a problem where I can encode from avi to dvd, however the dvd file has like a micro pause every few seconds which is more noticeable when the picture is panning across the screen folowing soeone walking for instance. Initially I thought it may have been my burning, so I saved the files to my hard disk and still the same outut.
I mainly use nerovision express 3 and have also tried power producer, winAvi and a couple of others.
The avi files are episodes of a tv series that I have downloaded and am trying to burn onto dvd with chapters to select the episode that I want.
Just to reiterate, All aspects of what I am trying to do work fine, except the end result has these "micropauses" that are noticeable. There is no skipping of the video or sound.
    Is it a codec thing?
I have read through a lot of the threads and there seems to be similar problems except there seems to be no confirmation of the resolution if there was one.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there, did you ever resolve this issue you had? I have the same problem, it's nothing major but it's still noticable when the movie is panning or credits are rolling up the screen.
