I downloaded an AVI file the other night and im able to watch it in Ares. Ive tried converting it with VSO (which is what i normally use) and after realising it doesnt let me i downloaded WinAVI but that said i needed the `Real Media Codec`. I downloaded that but it then asks if the video can be played in Windows Media Player. It doesnt. Is this an easy fault to fix??

    Hello,

Maybe the reason why it wasnt working with ConvertXtoDVD is because if it is an rmvb file you need to add the real media dlls to C:\Program Files\VSO\ConvertXtoDVD

you can get the Real Media DLL files you need from
    http://www.portmac.com/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=getit&lid=197

(this is the only case were xtodvd needs 'something else' else in order to convert properly.
