I've been cutting clips out of movies with DVD Shrink and want to convert them to another format like WMV or AVI etc. Any help with what works good to convert the files over?
    Thanks

AVS DVD to Go (I think that's the name...it's in the AVS Media bundle) is pretty good. The downside is that it will read the DVD as only one video file, e.g. say you have 2 movies that are thirty minutes each. AVS will read it as 1 movie that is 60 minutes and convert it as such. It lets you select the starting and ending points for conversion though, so as long as you know the correct cut-off points it shouldn't be too much of a problem (although it's a hassle sometimes).

ETA: Actually, if it's already ripped on to your computer, you could try AVS Video Converter instead. Then you can convert it to all sorts of different formats.
