Ok I know I'm probally going to sound like an idiot. But that's ok, I'm a blonde. Is there a way to convert a zipped .exe file into a .iso file and burn it? I have WinISO and Nero 5.5. If that helps any..
If its a zipped EXE just run the EXE to extract the contents... you may find a BIN/CUE or ISO after you extract it. Otherwise, just burn as a DataCD or something.
If It's a zipped file (just ZIP), if you open it with Notepad (make 'File'-->'Open' and write exaxctly the name of the file you want to test, because by default Notpad opens only the files which have a .TXT extension), you should see something like: [bold] PK в, aps098/lib/PK [/bold] or: [bold] MZ? ÿÿ ¸ @ È º ´ Í!¸LÍ!This program cannot be run in DOS mode [/bold] If it'a a self-executable EXE made with Winzip. What does it appear if you do so? _ _X_X_X_X_X_[small]Read forum rules! http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/2487[/small]
